    Delivery times depend on the destination, supplier warehouse and freight service. After dispatch, metropolitan deliveries in NSW, VIC, QLD and SA typically take 1–3 business days; regional and other interstate deliveries may take around 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

    In-stock equipment is generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment is received. Warehouse transfers, special-order equipment and supplier delays may take longer. Stock and estimated lead times are confirmed in your quotation.

    Yes. Contact us with a competitor's current advertised price for the same model, including delivery to your location. We aim to match or beat eligible offers where possible, subject to stock availability and our price-match terms and conditions.

    Collection from a supplier warehouse may be available, depending on the item and location. Please contact us with the product model number and your state so we can check the available options. We do not operate a public showroom.

    Contact Stellar Catering Equipment by phone or email with your model number, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We can help lodge a warranty or service request with the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Manufacturer warranty terms apply.

    We accept payment by bank transfer (EFT). Once your quotation is accepted, we issue an invoice with bank details. Eligible customers may apply for SilverChef equipment rental, subject to approval and separate rental terms.

    Most deliveries take place during standard business hours, Monday to Friday. Exact arrival times cannot generally be guaranteed. Please tell us about any access restrictions or special delivery needs before accepting your quotation.

    Submit a quote request for the equipment you need. We'll check stock availability, applicable discounts and freight charges, then email a formal quotation. Once you accept, we'll issue an invoice. Full EFT payment is required before dispatch unless an approved finance arrangement applies.

    Manufacturer warranty conditions vary by product. Claims may be excluded for misuse, inadequate cleaning or maintenance, unauthorised modifications, physical damage or operation outside the manufacturer's specified conditions. Please consult the equipment manual and applicable warranty terms.
