Designed for style and performance, the Apuro retractable heat shade is the ideal solution for reliable hot holding in your front of house or pass. The silver colour of the heat shade adds a stylish touch to your food display, and the dome design provides an accurate heating zone keeping the food hotter for longer.
And the range of cords are from a minimum of 280mm to a maximum of 1520mm allowing it to be easily adjusted to sit at the perfect height to keep food warm under its gentle heat bulbs. Easy to use, clean and maintain. The Apuro heat dome also helps to reduce food waste by extending the lifespan of dishes which would otherwise need to be thrown away if left to go cold. Once service is over, the light is simple to switch off to conserve power and reduce running costs.
