The insulation helps to keep the cold in while keeping the food at the perfect temperature. Also, the adjustable shelves make it easy to store foods of different sizes, helping to maximise the fridge storage.
Self-closing doors help chefs when their hands are full, so they don't have to worry about coming back to close, and the two doors help chefs find ingredients easily, reducing the amount of time with the door open and further helping to keep ingredients at the optimum temperature.
The user-friendly controls and display allow members of staff to change the temperature dependant on the ingredients being stored, helping food remain at the optimum temperature for longer. With a fan-assisted cooling system creates a rapid return to temperature, further helping to keep the food at the best temperature.

We do accept pick-up if the item is in stock in the same state as the buyer, and if our supplier permits pick-up from their warehouse. Please email us the product model number along with your location, and we will confirm the availability of pick-up in your state.
