    The Hoshizaki DCM-120KE-P-HC Ice & Water Dispenser is a compact, high-performance commercial ice machine designed to produce and dispense fresh cubelet ice and water quickly and hygienically. Producing approximately 105kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, it is an excellent solution for hotels, healthcare facilities, offices, restaurants, cafés and self-service environments.

    The DCM-120KE-P-HC combines ice production, protected ice storage and push-button dispensing within one compact machine. Users can select ice only, water only, or a combination of ice and water, providing a convenient self-service solution without the need to manually scoop or handle stored ice.

    Hygiene is a key feature of the DCM series. The internal design helps prevent outside air and water from coming into contact with stored ice, reducing the potential for contamination. Portion control also helps manage ice consumption and minimise unnecessary waste.

    Powered by environmentally responsible R290 refrigerant, the DCM-120KE-P-HC combines strong commercial performance with a compact 350mm-wide footprint. A standard 220-240V 10A plug also helps simplify installation.

    Delivery times to metropolitan areas in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA typically range from 1 to 3 business days after the item has been shipped. For other states and areas outside metropolitan regions, delivery usually takes around 3 to 7 business days

    All Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days if the ordered item is in stock. If one of the items which you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you with an eta of when the item will be back in stock.

However, we only price match if our competitor has the item in stock and their website displays the correct Recommended Retail Price (RRP) alongside the discounted price. Please note, we reserve the right to decline price matching if the product is used or priced below our cost price.

    We do accept pick-up if the item is in stock in the same state as the buyer, and if our supplier permits pick-up from their warehouse. Please email us the product model number along with your location, and we will confirm the availability of pick-up in your state.

    Unfortunately we cannot give an exact time for deliveries. All deliveries will be usually done within standard business hours (9am-5pm) Monday – Friday.
