The Thermaster GN2100DT Dual Temperature GN Counter Refrigerator is a space-saving refrigeration solution designed for busy commercial kitchens that require both chilled and frozen storage in one compact unit. With separate refrigerator and freezer compartments, the GN2100DT provides a practical way to maximise valuable kitchen space without needing two separate appliances.
Each compartment provides a 124 litre gross capacity, with the refrigerator operating from -2°C to +8°C and the freezer from -22°C to -18°C. The dual cooling system allows independent temperature control, while the freezer compartment can also be converted between refrigerator and freezer operation at the touch of a button.
Built for commercial environments, the GN2100DT features a fully stainless steel interior and exterior, rounded internal corners for easier cleaning and 60mm insulation for improved temperature retention.
