The Hoshizaki IM-30CPE-28 Cube Ice Maker is a compact, self-contained commercial ice machine designed to produce Hoshizaki's renowned 28mm hard, clear and slow-melting cube ice. Producing approximately 28kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, it is an excellent choice for cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels and other hospitality businesses requiring premium-quality cube ice without a large equipment footprint.
Part of Hoshizaki's latest IM CUBE generation, the IM-30CPE-28 introduces advanced features including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
The closed water circuit and individual cube-forming system help protect the ice-making process against contamination while producing consistently clear and uniform cubes. Smart water flow adjustment throughout the production cycle helps prevent chipped or cloudy ice, while the variable-speed DC pump improves operating efficiency.
