The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-25 Cube Ice Maker is a self-contained commercial ice machine producing Hoshizaki's renowned 25mm hard, clear and slow-melting cube ice. Producing approximately 34kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, it provides a reliable supply of premium-quality ice for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other hospitality venues.
Part of Hoshizaki's latest IM CUBE generation, the IM-45CPE-25 features advanced upgrades including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
The closed water circuit and closed-cell ice-making system help protect against contamination throughout the cubing process while delivering consistently clear and uniform ice. Intelligent water flow automatically adapts during each phase of production to help prevent chipped or cloudy cubes, while the improved water tank design and variable-speed pump help optimise water and energy consumption.
With approximately 15kg maximum ice storage capacity, a practical self-contained design and standard 220-240V 10A plug, the IM-45CPE-25 combines commercial ice production and storage within one efficient unit.
