The Hoshizaki IM-45CPE-28-F FlexiCUBE Ice Maker is a self-contained commercial ice machine producing Hoshizaki's renowned 28mm hard, clear and slow-melting cube ice. Producing approximately 36kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, it combines premium ice production with an integrated drain pump for significantly greater installation flexibility.
Part of Hoshizaki's FlexiCUBE range, the IM-45CPE-28-F is particularly useful in kitchens, bars and hospitality venues where access to a suitable gravity drain is difficult. The integrated drain pump allows installation up to 10 metres horizontally from the drain and up to 1.5 metres vertically, providing greater freedom when planning equipment layouts.
The latest IM CUBE generation introduces advanced features including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
A fully closed water circuit and closed-cell cube-forming system help protect against contamination while producing consistently clear and uniform cubes. FlexiCUBE Integrated Drain Pump
Unlike a conventional gravity-drain ice maker, the IM-45CPE-28-F features an integrated internal drain pump. This allows the machine to be positioned up to 10 metres horizontally from the drain and up to 1.5 metres vertically, making it a practical option for locations where drainage restrictions would otherwise limit ice machine placement.
This added installation flexibility can be particularly valuable for bars, cafés, restaurants and commercial kitchen projects where existing plumbing or equipment layouts make access to a nearby floor-level drain difficult.
