The Hoshizaki IM-130PE-23-F FlexiCUBE is a high-performance self-contained commercial ice maker designed to produce Hoshizaki's renowned hard, clear and slow-melting 23mm cube ice. Producing approximately 96kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, with output reaching approximately 106kg per 24 hours under optimal conditions, it's an excellent solution for busy restaurants, bars, hotels and other commercial hospitality environments.
As part of Hoshizaki's latest FlexiCUBE range, the IM-130PE-23-F features an integrated internal drain pump that allows drainage up to approximately 10 metres horizontally and 1.5 metres vertically. This provides greater installation flexibility in locations where conventional gravity drainage is difficult or where the available drain isn't positioned directly beside the ice machine.
The latest IM CUBE generation introduces advanced features including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
Hoshizaki's closed water circuit and Closed Cell System help protect the ice-making process against contamination while forming cubes individually for consistent clarity and quality. Combined with environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant, intelligent water-flow control and a standard 220-240V 10A plug, the IM-130PE-23-F delivers reliable and efficient commercial ice production.
