Hoshizaki IM-130PE-28 102kg Self-Contained Cube Ice Maker – 28mm
The Hoshizaki IM-130PE-28 is a high-capacity self-contained commercial ice maker from the latest IM CUBE range, producing Hoshizaki's renowned 28mm hard and slow-melting cube ice. Producing approximately 102kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, with production reaching approximately 109kg per 24 hours under optimal conditions, it's ideal for busy restaurants, bars, hotels and other high-demand hospitality venues.
The latest Hoshizaki IM CUBE generation introduces significant upgrades including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
Hoshizaki's closed water circuit helps protect the ice-making process against contamination, while the Closed Cell System forms each cube individually for consistent clarity and quality. Smart water-flow technology automatically adjusts pump operation throughout each phase of the ice-making cycle to help prevent chipped or cloudy cubes.
With approximately 50kg maximum ice storage capacity, environmentally friendly R290 natural refrigerant and a standard 220-240V 10A plug, the IM-130PE-28 combines high-volume production, generous storage and straightforward installation in one self-contained commercial ice machine.
