The Hoshizaki IM-65PE-28 Cube Ice Maker is a self-contained commercial ice machine from the latest IM CUBE range, producing Hoshizaki's renowned 28mm hard, clear and slow-melting cube ice. Producing approximately 48kg of ice per 24 hours at 21°C air / 15°C water conditions, it provides dependable ice production for busy restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other hospitality venues.
The latest Hoshizaki IM CUBE generation introduces a range of upgrades including automated cleaning with wash auto-restart, water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, high-grade stainless steel components, a variable-speed magnetic DC pump motor and dedicated standby and wash controls.
A closed water circuit helps protect the cubing process against contamination, while Hoshizaki's closed-cell system forms each cube individually for consistent clarity, shape and quality. The intelligent variable-speed pump automatically adjusts water flow throughout the ice-making cycle to help prevent chipped or cloudy cubes while improving water and energy efficiency.
With approximately 26kg maximum ice storage capacity, R290 natural refrigerant and a standard 220-240V 10A plug, the IM-65PE-28 combines strong commercial ice production and generous built-in storage within one self-contained unit.
